Our high-speed digital network spans Louisiana, Mississippi, and Alabama, providing the latest remote access speeds while keeping our customers' costs down.

Over the next few years, we plan to enlarge our network operations to provide others with the same quality service that our customers are experiencing now.

Location: Hammond, LA
Description: Phone technical support plus light customer contact.
Qualifications: Working knowledge of Winsock applications on Windows 9X, ME, XP, and 2000 systems. Ability to configure Windows systems for Internet access. Ability to troubleshoot Internet connectivity problems. with Windows computer systems. Good telephone skills. Good written and verbal communication skills. High level of patience.
Pay: Hourly
