Service Change Form

Welcome to the Online Service Change Form. This form may be used to change the service level of your primary account or any of your secondary accounts.

Only Dialup and Mailbox accounts may be modified via this form. If you need to change the service level of a Dedicated, Telnet-In, or other non-dialup account, please contact Datasync Support.

You must know your login ID and password to be able to make changes to your account. If you do not know these, please contact Datasync Support to make the change. You will need to call from the phone number which we have on file for your account.

User Authentication

Enter your login ID and password.

The login ID is usually all lower case. Do not place a capital P in front of it. Also do not enter your e-mail address, i.e. don't put @datasync.com or @datasync.com after it.

Be sure to observe correct case when entering the password.

If you are the primary account holder and wish to change the service level of one of your secondary accounts, enter the secondary's login ID below. Otherwise leave this box blank.
