MDXA 1998 DX Dinner

I want to thank all that attended our first DX Dinner that was held off the MS gulf coast..
For a Tuesday night.. we had a tremendous attendance!!!... We had 69 folks there...a great turnout! We had folks from Jackson, New Orleans, MS Gulf Coast and all the areas in between. Think we will try to talk the Catfish House owner into letting us have it next year on a Saturday night! Got LOTS of nice comments on the music. Hope everyone enjoyed the food. Really nice to see so many come over from New Orleans.
It was a real pleasure to make the DXer of the year presentation to Randy.. A long time member and longer time friend!

Randy is speechless (as usual) and much happier than he looks..
because he and Floyd have on matching shirts.
No truth to the rumor that Randy is Floyd's son!		 Bon Appetite!!!
