Message from the President
Season's Greetings to all MDXA Members from me and mine to you and yours, we wish Happy Holidays, Let's win the war in Afghanistan soon and get our troops home ! Also hope everyone is able to work the South Sandwich operation coming up in early 2002!
During 2001 our group again went to Dauphin Island and had the best results we have had and plans are already underway to go again in February of 2002. Hope you can go and help us make this another great MDXA event!
Several of our MDXA members went to Bahamas this year and had a great time and are making plans for another trip next year somewhere.
Gary, W5FI, had a very successful Dxpedition to Macau and gave out many RTTY contacts as well as the "standard modes".
Please remember to keep our members in your prayers that have had some bad health problems this year!
Our group continues to grow and hope you will make all the new members welcome. They are great additions to our group.
