Billing Policy and Other Information

New service is established upon voice validation of account information or receipt of setup and first month's service charge. Datasync bills accounts on their anniversary date each month. Charges are due when billed by Datasync and will include the service charge for the next cycle (month) plus any charges due for excess time or disk usage during the previous cycle. There will be a one month grace period prior to the addition of a late payment charge of $2.00 or 2% of the past due amount, whichever is greater. If payment is not received within 10 days of late charge addition, service may be suspended until such time as all outstanding invoices are paid.

NO RISK GUARANTEE: If, during your first 14 days of service with Datasync, you decide you don't want it, we'll cancel all charges including setup fee and refund 100% of any payments made. This offer expires 14 days from the time you start using the service or when you've spent 20 hours using the service, whichever comes first. Notice of cancellation must be provided to Datasync by user prior to expiration of this offer.

INCENTIVES AND DISCOUNTS: If you refer someone to Datasync and they sign up, you get a $5.00 credit toward your next bill when Datasync receives their initial payment. All accounts may qualify for a 10% discount with a prepaid contract of one year.
