Secondary Accounts

Additional accounts are available at reduced rates to Dialup account holders. These secondary accounts include a distinct login ID, password, and e-mail box. Secondary accounts are invoiced along with the primary. We offer three types of Secondary Accounts.

Mailbox Only: This secondary account provides an additional mailbox with its own login and password combination. Perfect for families or businesses where several individuals are sharing one dialup account but want their own private mailboxes.

The Mailbox Only account is priced at $2.00/month.

Nonconcurrent Secondary: This account enhances the Mailbox Only account by adding its own shell space, which may be used for its own web site, and also adds five hours of connect time to that of the primary account. A Nonconcurrent Secondary and its primary (or two secondaries of the same primary) account may not be logged in at the same time. Simultaneous use by a secondary and its primary or by two secondaries of the same primary will be subject to a charge of $2.00 per hour of simultaneous modem usage. Connect time and disk usage are added to that of the primary account.

The Nonconcurrent Secondary account is priced at $5/month.

Concurrent Secondary: Dialup accounts that are to be used at the same time but are to be invoiced together along with another dialup account may be set up as Concurrent Secondary Accounts. The cost for these accounts is the usual rate minus 10%. Connect times and disk quotas are the same as an equivalent Dialup service. Connect time and disk usage is added to that of the primary account.

Pricing for Concurrent Secondary accounts is for $17.95/month for Virtually Unlimited which also includes one (1) free mailbox only account. The Economy level is not available.

ISDN Accounts

V.90 and single port ISDN (64Kbps) dialup service is available at no extra charge with your Dialup service in all areas. Dual port ISDN (128Kbps) dialup service is $49.95 for the Virtually Unlimited service. These prices do not include setup, installation, or tariff charges from your telco provider. 888 Access

Datasync offers 888 access for customers who will be travelling and need to have access without long distance phone charges or from hotels or airports who do not allow long distance calls without outrageous charges.

For every minute you are dialed into the 888 number there will be a charge of $0.10 per minute, or $6.00 per hour. This will appear on your Datasync billing statement as WATS Usage.

For security purposes, you must fill out this request form and we will call you back at the number on your account with the access number.

Filtering Services

Mail and Access Filtering: E-mail filtering and Access filtering are available to assist in controlling or limiting access to/from the Internet.
