NEW 2005 cc DFI Engine

My engine does not employ any of the original equipment VW emission components. It relies instead on a modern Closed Loop Digital Fuel Injection system. The engine does not require the use of an EGR valve.  The engine is complete with computer, harness, and exhaust header. The tail pipe and muffler are   being constructed and tuned for specifically for my GT II.

Dash Module

The Dash Module is the heart of the DFI system. It allows you to tune the DFI system from the divers seat. The left knob controls the idle speed and midrange air/fuel curve. The right knob determines acceleration and full throttle mixture. Dial it in to get the throttle response you want. It comes with pigtail and Weather Pak Connector.

ECM

The Digital Power Star !        It's small, lightweight, and durable. This down size allows fewer inter connects within the ECM and the use of only two external connectors. When compared to older ECM's the Digital Power Star can be programmed to run any four-cylinder engine. With the addition of the dash adjustable module, a Digital Power Star can work absolute performance miracles on air or water-cooled four cylinder engines.
