The purpose of the Society is to promote, educate and stimulate interest
in
the Earth Sciences and the Lapidary Arts
The Harrison County Gem and Mineral Society meets the second Thursday of each month in the Handsboro Community Center* located in Gulfport, Mississippi at 6:30 PM.
The club holds a workshop for its members on the Saturday following the monthly meetings. The workshops are held at the Handsboro Community Center* from 9:00A.M. to 3:00 P.M..
