Broccoli Rice

 

1 stick of butter

1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup

1 box of frozen chopped broccoli

1 cup Minute Rice

Salt to taste

Pepper to taste

Garlic powder to taste

Shredded cheese of your choice. (Colby/Monterey jack mix works good!)

 

·        Sauté broccoli in the butter until tender. (a few minutes)

·        Add cream of mushroom soup.

·        Add salt, pepper and garlic powder.

·        Add cooked rice

·        Mix it all together then transfer it to a casserole dish.

·        Top with shredded cheese of your choice.

·        You can melt the cheese in a 350O oven or just let it melt

on it’s own from the heat of the ingredients
